Try one of Halcyon’s nearly 20 eateries, offering a variety of local foods, and don’t forget to grab a beer from Cherry Street Brewing. Finish your meal with a delicious dessert from Kilwins or a yummy cake from It’s a sweet life. Or, perk up with a coffee from Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee.

Visit the Cattle Shed winery, have a drink, and catch a movie, shop the boutiques or just play games on the common green space.

If you’re interested in a living space, Halcyon has several options for you to choose from. Empire Communities will be building new townhomes and single-family homes from low $400’s to $600’s.  You can choose from a variety of two-story village homes, starting at 2800sqft. Or check out one of the tri-level townhomes starting at 1900sqft.

Halcyon also offers a 55+ Active Adult Apartment community, Everleigh Halcyon Village.  It has resort-style living with nearly two dozen floor plans and approximately 160 units ranging in size from 700sqft-1400sqft.  Owners can take advantage of on-site amenities such as concierge services and life-enhancing activities.
